KEEPING THE BASTARDS HONEST
Matt Corby for the pacifists
Glenn Gould playing Bach ... fucking so amazing and so fucking intense and so beautiful
Recuerdos de la Alhambra composed by Francisco Tárrega and played by Kyuhee Park.
Classical Spanish guitar played by a Korean girl ... that's as good as it gets ... all I need is a Thai meal and a Scotch Whisky and I am in heaven on earth ... oh and a blowjob from a Japanese girl too ... and then I will happily go to the electric chair ...
Here she is .. the music is so beautiful even if a fat old ugly 90yo Andres Segovia is playing it ... but played by a gorgeous Korean girl takes it to another level.
Her musicianwomanship is beautiful and perfect (her tremolo is second to none - as good as old farts like Segovia, Bream or Williams), and I love her facial expressions, poise and grace.
She has that Korean aloofness disguising an underlying passion.
I especially love the ending where she has that Mona Lisa quasi-smile of self satisfaction and contentment ...
I actually think she looks more Japanese then Korean, but hey I am just a dumb gaijin/waigukin so what the fuck would I know ...
Anyway here is the video ... it's only 5 minutes so check it out ... you will be a better man for having seen and listened to it ...

Good find rooter ! Although I find her tremolo not as smooth as it should be, the first note seemed to be always heavier than the following two notes. I’ve heard quite a few interpretations of this master piece, one Japanese played it to perfection technically, but not artistically, it sounded mechanical. Whereas the grand master Andres Segovia can take me far far away, leave me to interpret the story behind the music all by myself. The memoir can be happness, sadness, achievement, loss, love, pain... anything I can imagine... ahh.. the power of music, you’ll appreciate it more if you can play classical guitar.
