My two cents worth. The girls in shops like 42 are being paid a LOT of money to provide a quality service. Who on this forum earns more than $100 hr after tax. Not many.
For starters, put their phones away. Shops should ban all girls from taking their phones into the rooms. What do they need them there for. Nothing.
