Supply chain is the key to success in this business, of course you can recruit locally but rather than circulating the run down or jaded wls, nothing beats fresh girls from overseas who may just do a 3 months short tour and earn quick cash and these are probably the lot who will give good services for more business as they know their window of earning is limited .

They want money and don't want to waste their precious time sitting around and watching other girls being busy. I've heard from some WLs how they talk behind each other's back and they are not always on good terms. You get it everywhere.

Yes, I am guessing this is what happens with some of the good service shops. The owner will tell the girls that BBBJ, etc etc are standard and you will not earn much if you don't provide these services or customers complain etc. You need to able to create a culture that sustains this. It's all about psychology but for some people, this will come naturally.
