I call ahead and ask if a certain person is working and book a time with them. Never had an issue with this happening other than fitting my visit in with their schedule. So let me answer my own question:
I think it adds to the experience when you looking for it but sure if they provide it! Short answer is yes they do.

So few key points. Took the 45 min option as I wanted a massage and if wasnt going to go the full r&t at the time wouldn't be totally wasted. Massage was nice and the hot oil was very very nice, got hot stones as well (meh). Took a good 30 mins on the massage, nude except for a towel (nice, fresh and warmed). I started to think this was as good as it got until tackle tickle started with more hot oil, glorious !!!
$40 for the HE and your welcome to put hands up her skirt etc, $50 if you wanted her to strip down. She just got down to bra and panties so took them off her anyway with no objection (other than to be gentle). Must say perfect large nips. The WL looks about 60, but nice shape and super soft skim.
