How early do you book when it comes to privates?

So I am wondering how much notice do you guys give when booking a private girl over the phone. I have tried 30 minutes, the girl complained about too short notice (well still managed to do the deed, done dirt cheap). Then I tried to book for next day with another girl, she just hung up on me and blocked my number. Tried 3 hours, showed at the apartment block, no answer until after I have eaten a 3 course meal down the road...... Looks like I just can't win, maybe a sign to stop taking a punt with privates, just go to the shops....

The first time maybe a few days before. It's much easier if you become a regular. If you have a good relationship with them, they'll even cancel other clients to see you, so they say.
