Agree with all of this. Getting in the right mood along the way is important - good conversation and maybe even some light touching. When the time comes, My conversations usually go like this:
ML: do you want extras?
Me: maybe... what can we do?
ML: take off and happy ending / suck.
Me: can we do... any more than that? *smile*
Her response to this is critical. If she says no or seems uncomfortable, that should be the end of it. But if she smiles back or acts coy about it, I will ask for FS. Eg.
ML: *smile* what do you mean more?
Me: I want to do everything with you *smile*
