If you are a regular, the girls will recognise you and they definitely talk to each other about punters as revealed to me by one WL. Its really up to you, whether you want to be with ones that you really liked or have great chemistry, or always want something new. If the girl really like you and you kept coming back for them, their attitude and services do tend to change as it goes, some even give extras they normally don't do.
