Noticed in local papers recently there is a DA out for redevlopment of properties around (including) 702 Botany Rd. Guess they will be moving, or closing, soon.

this is my patch, I can tell you ive received many extras in every single massage shop around mascot except for 1, sangs thai massage near pizza hut other than that, its been a good patch to cover lol

Been to both Baan Butsaba shops on several occasions, and have never been offered anything except a great legit massage.

Baan Butsaba has also recently opened a third shop at Hillsdale near Southpoint shopping centre, but as mentioned previously, in all of my visits the massages were completely legit.
