It seem to be a bit unfair to say that is the level of quality service M5 is willing to accept, when you told us yourself they told you they were sorry and they can do better.
Accepting bad service would be telling you straight up to just suck it up and shut up, or at most a token $20 off.
What is worth keeping an eye on Ian what's they do about it from here and if they can actually improve their service quality levels to earn back people's trust.

I’ve always had issues with the way the girls call time at this shop. With 1 hr bookings They seem to stop with 15 to 20 min left saying that time was needed for the shower. Complaints just get ignored. My advice is to book only 30 min sessions.
I want to love M5 Mr Des. I really do. But it keeps on pushing me back into the arms of other shops that just do it right.

Thank you to your contribution to the following thread.
I have known speechwriter well before I took up the post here at M5. In regards to his claims this will be Kay's first complaint since her start here. We are well aware of what she is capable of and we know with confidence that she is a great girl. In regards to Speechwriters AR I would say that he is right on one account that if the girl calls time before we buzz the room for time then we have an issue. As we are quite busy at the front desk we usually recommend that the girl time themselves in the instance that we forget to buzz them. We advise the girls to time themselves for 55 minutes upon entry into the room as time should not start until the door is closed. This will leave the customer 5 minutes to shower at the end of the session which should be ample time to ensure swift room turnover especially during peak periods.
However in this case of Kay calling time before any of the above has happened we consider that not acceptable and will launch an inquiry with her. Speechwriter is correct in that we need to be more tight with quality control however this is an isolated incident with Kay and hopefully this will be the last of it.
We are regretful this has happened to one of our valued customers, I have already reached out to him via PM and will look to rectify this situation.
In the mean we hope that this will not deter our potential guests of a visit as we are always looking to improve our service standard and value any feed back that comes our way.

I’m curious to see how you propose to rectify the situation. Offering a different girl with the promise that she’ll be better is not a resolution to Kay cutting my time and scoring an own goal against M5.

Depends on your personality and character. You sound like someone who if pay for 1 hour expect to have a full attention of 1 hour without a single leeway. I am more of a carefree person, and not getting the full worth of my money in such situation is not the end of the world for me.
