You probably won't get an answer here, because shops that might offer this service don't want it publicly advertised. Most massage shops don't have licences to offer this service, and they don't want council inspectors snooping around.
Most R&T shops in Sydney are unlicensed (they are not illegal, they are just just unlicensed).
What this means is that in compliance with local council regulations/by laws they can only operate as a massage shop - that means providing massage for therapeutic purposes.
But we all know that around 90% of Chinese and around 60% of Thai massage shops offer more than this.
Most of these shops offer a clothed, or semi naked, or fully naked hand job if you tip the ML ( this is a breach of local council regulations/by laws and if reported and proved to be true and if the local council can be bothered prosecuting it the shop will be closed - but this very rarely happens)

There is no such thing as a permit to operate as a massage plus handjob shop, there is no such thing as a R&T license - it doesn't exist.
So R&T shops are either: 1. totally unlicensed or 2. have a brothel license and can legally provide full service, but choose to operate as a R&T shop.
So if everyone is being discreet you shouldn't get info about extras in unlicensed shops on a public forum that anyone can view.
And even with the licensed shops most have a standard nude handjob only service officially and if certain girls are providing more than this they don't appreciate this being made public.
