I think you can still rule out Gonorrhea and Chlamydia.
They usually don't have any external symptoms I think.
In case of G & C, it would generally be:
1) Discharge on the tip of your dick
2) Painful while peeing because of urinary tract infection
Better just have a check up at a Sexual Health Clinic on Monday or, if you don't want to wait, just go to your GP.
GPs however will send your tests to hospitals such as Saint Vincent, etc. This means it will incur cost.
With Sexual Health Clinics, test and treatment are all free.
