Due to one of the scans, the doctors decided to actually take a sample to get some DNA to analyse to check for a possible genetic problem.
Well it turns out that bubs is quite ok.
He did ask for a paternity type DNA test it it turns out that bubs is his.
He went off to his own doctor and took a sample and it seems his chop under microscopic examination they found and plugged his leak.
