Instead of being a witch hunt, you can just contact the girl/shop personally as that is what you should be doing ANYWAYS if you have a known STI. It is called contact tracking, and should be done as far back as 3 months. There is even a website to let your partners know anonymously incase there is any embarrassment issues.
Most WLs and shop owners take these accusations and their health very seriously, obviously being bad for business. It doesn't affect the "whole industry", as if it's going to stop you from punting. As long as you do contact tracing, it will be dealt with accordingly, especially if it is a WL.
The rate of STIs in high-end escorts are actually LOWER then the general population, that may translate to high end brothels, as they do regular screening and checks for their own sake. They take their health very seriously, and judging from alot of comments, they know alot more about STIs then the average punter.
What the OP should have done was to approach the shop first before posting a thread like this to create panic.
He should demand the shop to respond and investigate, the shop and the girl might not even know, they might thank him for the information and reward him for letting them know. If after contacting the shop, no action taken and the girl is still on roster, then by all means, post this thread and name names.
