Previous discussion under the heading Foxes in our chicken coup revealed a general understanding that there are some well know Forum names who are known to be shop owners. I like the forum to have all participants, I do think that shop owners and people with vested interests in shops should identify themselves.
I'd like to suggest that this thread can be a nice safe haven for those with vested interests to declare themselves.
Can we start with the two owners who have been sending dud recommendations by PM. With other punters that contacted me I have since corroborated those poor leads (without prompting them with names) and I can identify a number of habitual offenders. I can no longer buy into the YMMV as the reason why I and others are being ripped off by these faceless posters.
Anyone want to come clean? or should I post the referrals by screenshot?
For instance "Hey man at [withheld] new tats jap but she filo born in Japanese fucks hard sucks hard great body all for $150 or if squirter try [withheld] OMG she squirts like a fire hose hahahah" - What a load of bullshit that was.

Personally, I couldn't care less if a shop owner is an incognito member here. I take all reviews with a grain of salt unless it's someone that I have received reliable info from previously over a long period. Can pretty much guarantee some of the reviews from members that are certainly not shop owners have a touch of bullshit to them anyway.
In the world we live today, there are so much fake and genuine stuffs out there. However, whether it is genuine or fake, sometime it does not really matter that much because the value perceived by one is not always the same perceived by the other.
If the owner has gone under cover for so long without being detected, I applaud for his genius. At the end of the day, he is just trying to run a market that’s full of competition.

The way internet forums generate their credibility is through the context of disinterested third party. It's the same way credibility can also be grown by declaring an interest. I'm OK either way, I just want to know so I can judge the context.

Are there shops doing reverse lookup of punter phone numbers via google?

All I’m saying most good owner would run a number or rego of problem customers most cctv runs 14 days google or Facebook brings up a lot new phones called smart ID also show real names of phone holder . U do wrong I guess you will get caught u do right my guess u ok . Just my opinion
SO BrissyPunter you seem to know so much about running a shop. Your posts make you look like you are actually a shop owner who runs rego checks on the cars in your car park. I seriously think that you must be getting close to a stalker....
brissypunter could have been a pure punter until he decided to open his own shop, but I would say no harm in having shop owners here, at least they see what other punters need to improve on them 😁
Of course there are. I have assisted a number of owners in this regard and have referred owners on to private investigators that I know of, should they wish to pursue things further.
Owners also tend to share CCTV footage, phone numbers and car regos with each other, when assholes do the wrong thing in their shop. Cases in point being the guy who stole an EFTPOS machine in Ascot and dumped it in a wheelie bin around the corner, The guy who assaulted a girl in Chermside. Both guys were very easy to track back down to either a name, photo or facebook account. Then from there it is easy to get further details such as an address, work place or partner's facebook account.
Being an asshole towards an ML or an owner is preying on their unwillingness to do anything about it. But the risk is that if they decide to hit back, the consequences are often much worse for the punter who did the wrong thing.
There was also a guy a few years ago who stole an iPod from 1 of the downstairs rooms at the old Amore at West End....he got caught because they got the CCTV footage from the camera's in the carpark and gave it to police.
Anyone who thinks they aren't being recorded on security camera's when in places like this are mistaken....they are everywhere....carparks, entrances and reception area's.
For the record I have never seen anything in any massage shop in Brisbane that makes me think that they are recording whats going on in the rooms....just the public / common area's.
I was in a place in Underwood a year or so ago, and 100% there was a camera in the ceiling. I have not noticed them in other shops I have been,

A few years ago I was at a shop in one of the inner suburbs. The ML told me she was worried the boss might have installed cameras in the rooms and she pointed to an obscure object on the ceiling (not sure what that was). Anyway she agreed to do the deed as long as it was done on the floor on the far corner of the room
Did u hear a faint whuuuuring noise bw as the camera turned and focused in on the corner. Boss prob watching thinking how lucky is that girl haha.
Haha even if it did make a noise it would have been drowned by the noises we made. The video might have made it to xhamster or xvideos sites, lol
