Though I have a general appreciation for why people mark their skins.
However as for shops advertising that the girl has tattoos… Why would they have to?

I’ve randomly come across (no pun intended) 3 girls lately with stomach tats, obviously to cover their c-section scars. Honestly couldn’t care less. There service was phenomenal, so if that’s what’s makes them happy and they make me happy, good for them.

One girl I know has 2 full sleeves and she is one of the sexiest women I know, the look suits her (coloured hair, piercings etc.)
It's liked bleached hair, short hair, or glasses, works for some, not for others. I would never turn down a girl based on any of these factors alone.
very very very few shops promote a girl as having a massive amount of tattoo, 99% keep quiet.

I had my work done in Melbourne but I have a good mate who got a lot of work done here, I'll ask him if he has some recs for what you're after. I know he has had some work done by an artist who has a retreat up in qld and reckons they are primo.

A quick google shows a promising shop in hurlstone park, i just googled Anime tattoo artist Sydney and looked at images. The DBZ ones are pretty sweet.

I got all mine done overseas, so I cant recomment anyone locally. I got ripped off hard on my first one, so I dont trust locals anymore unfortunately.

My boy charges $180/hour of needle time.
And always gives me mad discounts.
I will be going to Thailand again soon... I know it's cheap af there.... but I enjoy spending time on the beach too much to get inked there. I mean, could do last day, but flying post tattoo would suck I would assume.
