What did you expect, it's the Bible Belt!

Doesn't mean shops don't exist, few massage shops offer RnT but not sure about FS places in the area, might need to try Parra, Blacktown or Hornsby areas.

Try locanto, Google locanto massage bella vista and you should get some places. There's a couple in Lexington Drive Bella Vista that are okay and Ashley's in Castle Hill is my pick for Castle Hill but all RnT, I'm not a FS guy.

I don't know if any in Kellyville. There is a massage shops at Kellyville plaza - but I'd bet a kidney it's massage only. There is also a place at Kellyville North, but by the looks of the curtained off booths, I'd bet that's legit too.

I haven't investigated Rouse Hill so can't comment there.

In Castle Hill, however, you have a few choices. There are (at least) four in quite a small radius:

Ashley's Massage - Suite 7/31 Terminus St, Castle Hill - Southern end upstairs

Ding - Thai Massage Castle Hill - 259B Old Northern Road, Castle Hill NSW 2154 Upstairs, Front Entrance Green next to Dominos

Golden Hills - 267 Old Northern Road Castle Hill - Rear entrance near butcher shop - Front next to Edge Pizza

Hills Family Massage - Shop 20/3-9 Terminus St - North end of terminus upstairs

You should be able to find reviews for all of them here. Also a bunch in Norwest / Bella Vista if that's close enough for you.
