Wow a new Ginza Club site. I think I went to 278 about 15 years ago it was my 1st punt. Obviously wasn’t under the Ginza banner then. Has it been renovated since I can only recall a few rooms. Impressions/Infinity was a bit of a dump a decade ago. I’m sure the new renovations will be a massive upgrade. Not sure what the big deal is about the whole 500 metres extra walk it is from 278.

Yes I remember walking past on the way to Nirvana about 5 years ago there was a sign in the window & 278 must have become a Tranny place. However not 15 years ago.
