    Anyway sure now other shops in Surry Hills should be really worry now. Bigger shop and more girls means less reason for diamond customer to shop around.

    hmmm... maybe they got so many girls now Ginza will now use 278's property? they are already using the property next door

    it's interesting though... considering 278's new location will be much more convenient than going to Ginza, will people opt for going to the new location more instead of Ginza?

    or perhaps it's Wilson's grand plan to move all stores closer to the station so that it's easier for us punters? which will be nice for all of us, especially the street where the new store is is a quiet street, we dont need to walk past the prying eyes of unit residents and pub patrons around Ginza

    I don't know, there must be some positive clustering effect. The most obvious beneficiary being MAC if its bringing potential clients into the immediate area.

    Ginza / 278 has the best business model at the moment

    I still have average punts here n there but compared to other places, it has the best quality and lowest risk
