The old girl was found guilty on prostitution charge and being in the possession of money fromn the proceeds of crime/handjobs. 12 months jail, wholly suspended.

Business is as usual. Shop is still running, girls are still there, punters are still visiting from front and back.

The threat of jail isn't her biggest concern. Her visa status is the biggest risk. Even if she has obtained citizenship, as a Korean ex/citizen she can have her Australian citizenship revoked.
The property could also be at risk if she is deemed a foreign owner.

Citizenship can’t be revoked.....unless breaching terrorism laws, and holding dual Citizenship?
PR won’t be looked at either....unless serving a stint of 12 months, or longer, in the the big house?

You might want to read up on your proceeds of crime law, property used in the committing of an offence can be confiscated even if obtained lawfully

i think this place was the first punt i went to in brisbane. Had an incredible time which got me hooked.
