The impression I am getting is that it is like the contain similar stuff like the normal AR page of ML. Some people post on both pages and the normal page have some pretty good info as well so you won't be missing out much if you don't have access to it.

It's no big deal.
Its just that most R&T shops are officially just therapeutic massage shops.
They should not be providing any other service eg HJ, BBBJ or sex as this is a breach of planning or council rules.
But we all know that they provide at least HJ and many shops or individual girls even more.
So details of these encounters should not go in the Public section, but instead posted in the Private section.
So in the Private section you will find posts and After Reports about R&T shops.
But the thing is everyone knows what goes on in R&T shops, and anyone can notch up 50 posts and read it, and a lot of punters posts details in the Public section anyway.

I think you will find it a disappointment.... the private section is hardly worth it. It might have been previously but it seems the advertisers and their phonies mostly inhabit it as just another report section. If they barred the advertisers it might then be worth it, bu meh.

That makes sense as I happened to discover one by chance offering such services and did a search here with name and location but the results were very coy so I decided not to post anything as I got the hint.
