Most brothels seem to think they know what they doing. How hard is it ? Employ some girls, give no training, charge $$$, and wait for the money to come in. Dont check if the employees care about what they do
Asking regular customers for feedback is definitely not the norm. What would they know? (apart from the fact they often visit the competitors !)
But not all businesses in this industry succeed. Some brothels change management but dont improve either recruitment nor service standards. Maybe it takes both of these to succeed, as well as good location, and luck.
Never happens, but if at the end of a session, the papasan asked you 'how can I make my business better?', what would you tell him that you see as important, for you to return?
