I visit R&T more often these days and have not had any of the problems you are asking about. I do know that I have left with a badly bruised under carriage. But I put that down to the fun we where both having and the nature of the act👌

Got rashes on back and arms arms once from the towels! This was a couple of years ago.

They smelled of strong chemicals and within 60 seconds I knew something was wrong and asked ML to stop.

Now I never let ML use towel, always tissue and wipes.

This is a problem with massage shops vs FS shops I guess.

The worst i caught so far probably cold, but can't really sure if it's really from the ML. Depending on the girl, if she smells good and looks clean, will take the risk. Ciggy smell, big no no. Always choose the place with shower for me.

Nothing here - stay safe and make your own judgement. If you’re going any risk, just apply judgment at the level of risk you’re happy with.
If you get a good inspection and the disinfectant comes out, you may feel that there’s less likely to be an issue.

Go earlier in the day if it makes you feel better.
