Based on what is publicly available of the article, it is obvious that the CM is just continuing their campaign against Pam.

Without reading the entire article I would suspect it is just a case of them being vague to make it sound like there is more to the story than there really is.

I grew up in The Gap. Not a snob area but definately a family area. Also a lot of older residence that have lived there for years. The shop would have stood out like dogs balls.

But 100ar shutdown was totally about previous history and perceptions about ownership that was unfortunately speculated about here. All done now but something to think about in future.
