Straight to the point, how do you guys build rapport and mood to get part 3 in RNT places? I really appreciate some guidance.

Never was really difficult with most girls in their 20's. It all comes down to whether they like you, how comfortable they are with you, being funny and sociable and last of all, show me the money! Lol
I would have thought that if part3 was really important, go to a fs place where it is guaranteed.
My few times at RnT places I've gone with an open mind. Be friendly, enjoy the massage and wait till the girl starts initiating pt2. Then when talking dollars for options throw it out there that there's a possibility that you might be interested in pt3.
Girls wouldn't work in massage places if they intended to offer pt3 to every client. So don't put pressure on them.....give them the option but respect their decision.

100% agree. Girls who want to offer part 3 as default would just work at a FS shop.
Problem is lots of us punters at massage shops watch too much porn and think all the ML will offer part 3 just like in the porn shows. Dream about being that special guy that gets FS from a ML and no one else gets it. You know it's all a dream right ?
Of cos some punters get lucky (often with the added $$$ which adds up more than a FS shop included) and write nice reviews about their encounter. But than all punters than go expecting the same FS service from the ML after....
Ya going to Rnt cuz I enjoy part 2. If part 3 can just go to a place and spend more wisely
It all boils down to how you and the girl connect.. and also how convenient and accommodating the shop is.
Personally, I like the chase, especially if she’s young and attractive.

Up to 300 total. Money isn't an issue if I like the girl.
Wow. Why not just go to a full service shop? $60 + $300 ($360) can get you a young lady, and you get a full sized room, bed and shower included
And you can get it on from the getgo on the initial visit
I know I sound silly but it's not the same. Getting part 3 is like winning. FS shop is like cheating.
This is why ML don't work in FS shops.....choice. Some don't offer part 3 at all. Some will only offer to select customers. No guarantees, YMMV. They have to choose to offer it to you, if they offer at all

Biggest thing for me is the attached bathrooms that FS shops have compared to massage shops.
Too messy in FS to just use wipes and tissues...
Depending on what was done, sometimes there isn't much of a mess to clean-up. If you know what I mean...
And I agree with the OP. Paying $400 to fuck a girl that fucks maybe 2 other guys a day, vs paying $200 for a girl who fucks 10 a day, everything else being equal... Not saying I WILL choose either one, but there actually is a choice here. Not really a no brainer.
