518 Kent St (behind Event Cinemas) is upstairs in a small office block, shared entrance with a restaurant.

A couple of Thai places in the office building above Maccas, next door to Apple on George St.

Used to be one in the office tower of World Square off George St.

I think any shops along the main roads like George and Pitt Streets, you can’t be discreet as there are always the massage signage every where . But if you are horny and needed a quick fix, you just have to bite the bullet, no ?

Having said that I do think the Sussex Star and Golden Rose are relatively less visible but if you are working in the CBD and will get into some trouble if seen by colleagues or clients then you better not, only you can assess your own risk factors and make the move or not ?

The old 316 shop is at a spot most open and challenging just to get in and up the stairs ! Never turned me away when Alice was running it and it was my go to shop before QVB ! Nothing was gonna to stop me from seeing Rebecca, Emma and Amy there !

227 Broadway is good. A little bit far from CBD but just a 10 min walk from central station or 5 min in bus.

This one was definitely discreet with no signs on the street and located inside the Breakfree on George St opposite Campbell street Haymarket. You had to take the lift to basement floor to this shop.
