A young woman who was stabbed to death in Sydney’s CBD had “the world at her feet” and should be remembered as the kind and amazing person she was, her mother has told a court.

Michaela Dunn, 24, was murdered by Mert Ney, 22, at an apartment in Sydney’s CBD on August 13, 2019 after he booked in for a sex work appointment, bringing a knife with him.

I was thinking the same. That poor mother sitting there listening to how her child was murdered by a sick fuck. Mental illness or not he should never see the light of day again.

No parent deserves to lose a child, least of all at the hands of a killer.

Each and every person deserves to live our best life in safety without fear or judgement.

It’s a tragedy that some don’t get the opportunity, safety, respect and happiness that we all individually believe is our right.

This case was so close to "home". To see this happening in the industry I frequent was a shock. I can't imagine what her family must be going through... How do you even deal with this horror?
When this news broke, one of the thoughts that went through my mind was "is it possible that this sick fuck used a forum like this one?". He's a punter after all and this forum is open to all sorts of shitty people... Some times they can't hold back and rear their ugly head with a shitty post.
