I've paid as little as $50 for FS and as much as $200, at RnT joints. Depends entirely on the girl. I find most ask for around $150. Some will take less. I can usually get them down to around $70-$100. Not always though. Sometimes they are stubborn haha.
You really need to do the math though. +$150 on top of what you paid for the massage is quite a lot of money. You can get Diamond service at some pretty good quality brothels for around that.

Agree with GoldFish, I don't negotiate for FS, in my mind I set a price and if the offer fits what I'm thinking then I decide on yes or no from there. Some girls say OK and we carry on with other extras, some girls drop the price. Generally I will pay between $100 and $200 for FS, although more often than not it is closer to a $100 tip.
