Yeah it's real. Occasionally he gets stitched up but he will look after you if you happen to get a dodgy batch. He buys in bulk online then sells smaller quantities. Kamara is from India, I have been using it for years. It's always consistent and reliable.
I now rotate using Tadalafil and the chewable Kamagra tabs. The chewables are less messy then the gel and works from 10 to 30 minutes.
I prefer Tadalafil now, it's in your system for a few days, not as harsh and you have a boner on call whenever you need it.
Also, I've used Viagra from Pfizer and the Indian stuff works better for me.

Not as long as Cialis. They all have different modes of action too.
If you're on med for the HBP, then you can still take something like viagra. As long as it's been controlled.
I have HBP for a while now, but am on meds to control. Doc took an EKG to make sure i wasn't going to have a heart attack, but then gave me the prescription.
