I have a friend of a friend (pharmacist) that makes some extra strength ones which work really good, Zantac for me is 40% success rate where with these it’s around the 70-80% mark. Pm and i can get you their details

What's the application? Side effects of Zantac may include ED and reduced libido.

Plenty of other antihistamine on the market. Zantac is H2 blocker while the rest such as claratyne, telfast, zyrtec are H1. Both work for your application. Oral Zantac removed as recent study showed correlation with increased cancer risk due to one of the preservatives. There are H2 blockers on the market but u will need a script from your GP.

So i can ask for a H2 blocker at the chemist?

Or do you know any particular brands that i can buy and ask for?

Try the H1 blockers I’ve mentioned first. Should work just the same. If you want H2 then u will need to go to your GP and obtain script. Best ring around as these are not readily kept in stock at pharmacies. Good luck!
