Well, the shop does advertise some girls as "open minded" hence they would expect more than part 2 happens anyway.

One shop that advertises this way does actually have a FS licence, but chooses not to offer it, or allow the girls to offer more than a CBJ.

I've been offered BJ a few times though the times I accepted it was a CBJ. One factor that hasnt been mentioned as much is that after playing an extra $50 the appointment would have cost similar to a standard FS appointment so I'd only go for it if I really liked the ML.
