Definitely agree with the above comment. I know this establishment is a paid customer of this forum. However it’s our/my obligation as consumer to provide unbiased review as it should be.
Been to this place once. The whole booking / request for information is not forthcoming. As it is only about reception, I will leave it there as the girl I saw was another disaster altogether.
Perhaps if the establishment sees its constantly poor review, some actions can be undertaken to improve ? And then perhaps there will be positive reviews and clientele?
