Whats going on ? even after large fines and directive to close all shops - someone didn’t get the message or they are risking it all.
Having said that - Its gonna get tough for regular punters soon.

You don't need to stay home. Go out and get some fresh air and maybe do some exercising or jogging. This is still permitted by the government. Sydneysiders are still out and about despite isolation measures introduced by the government. On the news I saw many people jogging at Manly Beach today.
