She may be very confident and talkative but she's not beautiful. She reminds me of the former chef George (whatever his surname was who didn't pay his staff their correct entitlements) in the middle and always opening her mouth. The other two judges appear like little puppies standing next to her and she's the one in charge.
Another thing I dislike is seeing so many rings on her fingers. A real turn off. Just my two cents.

Like a lot of women, especially mature age women, and especially Asian women she knows how to use hair, make up and wardrobe to transform into a glamorous temptress.
She knows how to enhance her good points and cover her faults.
