Change of ownership doesn't equal a change of tenancy.
42g may be leasing the premises and now just have a new landlord.
42g may have been leasing and decided to buy the premises outright.
42g may have owned the premises and sold it but remain as tenants.
42g may have owned the premises and sold it to move out.
AND so on. You get the idea. A sold sign on a commercial property doesn't mean the business has closed. Wait and see, all will be revealed soon enough.
