Can I subscribe to Private AR section?

So technically there should be no details of RNT in the public section unless of course they have a license. Bit of a grey area.

That has always been my understanding of the point of the private section for Massage After Reports.
But the Forum provides the prefix of all the R&T shops in the normal After Report section so it is allowing people to post there too. So it's not really clear is it.
Like you say it's all a grey area.
