Malay Chinese Takeaway on hunter street in the CBD is my favourite for Laksa! Definitely authentic

Chinatown Noodle Restaurant either on Bathurst St or Haymarket.

    The best braised eggplant around.

Biang biang noodles Chinatown is great.

Normally, I try to eat healthy but for some reason, after a punt, it just makes sense to keep the debauchery going.

JApanese ramen place in the downstairs food court on Dixon St had a good reputation a few years ago. Still there?

I think you might be referring to Gumshara. If so, yes it is still there.

Still there in the Harbour Plaza food court although the food court is half the size.

Ah but who doesn't enjoy some whore fun?

On topic, though, Rara Ramen in Surry Hills is pretty fine.

For summertime, I do like Soba (buckwheat noodles). Here’s a video for those who have never tried: https://youtu.be/l8BCDXkwHwI

Do search Google for “Soba Sydney” where they are served. Slurp away!

    Love a good soba.
Most places here serve pretty average soba.
    Any good places to recommend?

Goshu Ramen Tei, 5 York St near Wynyard used to be very popular with Japanese expats (always a good sign).

I haven't been there for a few years, but shop is still there, so a good sign.

Harajuku in Macleay St was another popular shop.

Will head to Goshu ramen Tei once all this recent outbreak settles down.
Maybe we can have a noodles AR section?
