0434100790 - what's up with this number?

I've noticed the number 0434100790 on a couple of cracker ads now. A while ago it was an ad using Elly Tran Ha's photo, then it was another ad titled "Independant Mimi" and now it's this one:

(Googling the number will still point to some of the old listings)

Anybody know what the deal is here? Is it just the same WL using different fake pics to lure in customers, or perhaps a pimp that owns the number and gives it out to girls as they arrive?

You will probably find its an asian run business where they get different girls in from overseas or down south. Highly illegal but they are very careful about it.

worse part is they use inacurate photo's and often promise GFE but dont allow kissing.

When you do find a good one that allows everything they dont usually charge extra which is great but then they are only usually her for a couple of weeks which sux.
