If part 1 is so important maybe a legit shop is the place for you. If you are also looking for part 2 don't expect the massage to be as good as somewhere that does massage only.
Having said that, it depends what your expectations are. I have been happy with the part 1 each time I have visited a RnT shop.
Most thai places will give decent part 1 but really you should be more polite in your approach to requesting information. But you may have your own issues with the way you have approached the forum request, we dont know that.
