He says he understands i am not happy with no daty. WTF i am not happy with any aspect , she will not even let me touch her tits. We did not have any sex.
I have been such a excellent customer over 8yrs i thought i would be given full refund.
Man says he has to pay girls no matter what.
I explained it was unsatisfactory as I had not received what I had paid for. Yumiko impressed upon me her honesty and she would not be wanting payment for our terrible 10 minutes.
I said without some refund i would find it difficult to ever return.
He then pulled out the shop wad and peeled off my $10 discount for making a booking and I was on my way with a $10 refund. Disgusted.
I just wanted a booking with someone willing to at least provide a standard service.
Never ever going back, it is so sad as I loved it and so many of the girls and always felt the management was not only really professional but genuinely very kind.

Your experience was so ridiculous, I don't know how to respond. But fuck, even as a semi regular punter to two massage shops, I get treated like royalty. I can't imagine how annoying it would be after your history of regular patronage, not to mention the money you've sunk into the venue.
Sure, management changes, but if they're not recognising regulars, or even offering a fundamental level of service, you have to wonder how low they'll go.

I've had two experiences with Peter and he seemed great. But, of course, I wasn't complaining about poor service and that's where the rubber hits the road. By description (blueish hair and busty) I'm sure that I saw Yumiko in a different shop last weekend. I don't know and I can't judge but my experience was quite different from what has been discussed.
