Go massage shops add up extra services cost more than you go full shop and you don't realise it.
The best cost efficient is go full shop with 30mns, twice a week.
Pre-COVID I would do all my punting overseas and spend about 25k per year. Now I try to average 2 sessions per week mixed between ML and FS, which adds up to roughly 15k per year, so I'm actually saving!
The worst is when I get a bad ML punt so I have to do another one to wash out the bad taste, this usually ends up being a 3-punt-week.
Agreed. 30 mins in a good FS establishment is the best bang for buck (pun intended). That would set you back about $150 at current prices. Let's say you go for 2 punts a week, that comes up to $300 a week. About $15k a year from your net pay, or about $20.5k from you gross pay if you make $100k a year. That's roughly 20% of your salary for punting. Having said that, you're not a robot... maybe some days you feel like mixing it up a bit and go for RNT to soothe those muscles and still be able to get your rocks off, which will save you some money. I make a comfortable living ranging from $280k - $350k gross, so that's how I afford my punting. This year is turning out to be a bumper year, though... working from home means I can have more than 1 gig running at the same time and no one would be the wiser!
Also, a side note on those that compare punting with getting a GF or wife. It is true, GFs and wives are a lot higher cost than punting, but the flip-side is (depending on the quality of your girl and what type of "sport" you are) the potential for mind-blowing sex is much higher than punting. BBFS to the moon, anal, creampie, everything is possible. Just need a bit of luck to meet the right girl, don't aim too high, be more alert for "princess syndrome", and be a good sport (counting everything, going dutch... that's not how you find happiness).
Some massage shops are $110 total for 45mins + FS, and a high chance of an actual good massage. I find in general massage will be cheaper than FS shop, but quality will not be as good and more variability in service.
Great deal if you can receive 45 minute massage and FS for just $110. Most MLs ask $100 for FS and then you have the extra charge for massage and tip. In total, it works out more than what you may pay for standard service in some FS shops.
You may pay $50 tip to ML for FS in Campise and west subs like Regents Park, Chester Hill etc, ML ages 40s and even older. For young and good looking ML $100 tip is standard. You pay what you get.

I punt when I feel like it, but keep it under control so it remains a fun thing and not an obsession. When I read good reviews of new stunners, I'll usually go in for a look. Sometimes I go to full service shops if I'm cashed up, sometimes happy massage if I'm not. I try not to overdo the spending so I can justify a good diamond hour when a full-on gfe young stunner appears at one of the high profile shops.
It’s my only vice - keep frequency under control, no more than once a month and all is ok to punt away !

am new to this. So with a ML, if you get FS from them it's a good standard to tip $100? Just want to make sure I do the right thing by them!
I keep a tally on my spending and would be unable to explain the amounts to anyone outside a forum like this. I rationalize by “I can’t take it with me” and “you’re not spending on travel!!

I got 10,000 shares of Afterpay when it floated. Didn't think too much of it at the time and was a bit of a gamble. I think my punting fund is all sorted now.
My One Tel shares didn't fair so well though as lost quite a bit of money. You don't win all the time in life.
