Im in my 50s so getting a prescription is easy. But whatever age you are, don't be embarrassed about asking for daddy's little helper. Doctors have heard and seen literally everythibg, especially if they did an ER internship. Your floppy problems are a dime a dozen.
Anyway, i started on Viagra and had all the side effects everyone talks about; headache, flushing, slight nausea. But my god, the actual effect of the viagra (actually the generic) was amazing. Viagra and cialis doesnt help make you last longer or cum later.
Theres a different drug for that.
But in my experience with using viagra/cialis/Kamagra, you technically last longer as you can think about something else while pumping or banging her and youre still harder than normal.
So it kinda can make you last longer in that sense.
But finthat doesnt work and you want to last longer, thats a diff drug.

Yes it does, but indirectly. It makes your erection kind of "separated" from your level of arousal, which means you can easily "zone out" mid-sex to avoid cumming too early and still maintain full erection.
If you didn't have this effect, you would constantly have to toe the edge between max arousal / cumming to maintain full erection. It's easy to overcook it and go over the edge when you're doing that.
The other effect I noticed but haven't confirmed scientifically is that it appears to cause more blood flow to go to your prostate as well as your dick. As a result, I always feel like I have a stronger muscle to "put a cork on the cum" when I'm on Viagra.

Just be careful with DAPOXETINE, it is a member of the SSRI family and was originally developed as an anti-depressant.
However, unlike other SSRIs, dapoxetine is absorbed and eliminated rapidly in the body. Its fast-acting property makes it suitable for the treatment of PE, but not as an antidepressant.

You can stay hard after cumming if there's continued stimulation. Otherwise it goes soft after a few seconds, just sightly longer than without it.
I've only been able to continue uninterrupted from first shot to the second shot with my hot 21 yo GF many years ago. That was unprotected sex too... Come to think of it I was lucky not to have knocked her up!

Ive tried their kamagra and havent had any side effcts really.
Maybe just flushed cheeks or my sight being a bit brighter or whiter shade.
Though i can only compare it to the smallest viagra tablet. Which had no side effects as well. But imo kamagra let me perform better yhan the zmallest dose of viagra.
May try to get my gp to up my prescriptions to have a better comparison

I take mine less than hour from my booking or before i leave home when the shop is far.
Can definitely say i can perform better.
Just have to try and see if i can go for more rounds.
I usually only pop once even with kamagra. As inlike to prolong and delay my climax. But even on longer bookings, i only tend to pop 1-2 times in 1-3 hr bookings.
