Thanks for your advice. I also prefer natural ways. I might add chilli and asparagus to my diet. Need to find some recipes though.

I saw someone on YouTube recommend to cut garlic in small pieces, insert it in the orange slides and eat it. That is said to help to improve blood flow but I am just concerned the breath eating raw garlic. But he said the orange will neutralize the garlic breath. Anyone want to try? 😂

I heard many good things about chocolate but not so often about helping desire. I don't eat chocolate just because I don't like sweets. But will try some dark chocolate instead.
