The problem with Filos is that their native diet is quite fattening to begin with... Lots of carbs, sweet treats, etc. So they have the tendency to continue eating that stuff. Not gonna even try to compare them with any other races/nationalities though!

Exactly right, the Philippines food is filled with carb and fatty fried food. My experience from girls in the Philippines is most over 20 will have little padding. I find some of the comments that they come here and have all this food to eat quite disrespectful to the Philippines girls. I think no one is feeding these girls. They have to work hard in low paying jobs and deal with rude customers. But in Philippines they may have a tougher life also but they eat a variety of food which is with meat and fish. They have a strong family culture and values. They are not so selfish and look after each other. That goes even for friends. I am no expert in their culture but only observed this from my business trips. By the way I did not enjoy the food there only liked the girls.
