At the supermarket I will look for the specials, buy the cheaper brands, or a cheaper cut of meat etc just to save a couple of dollars.
And then I will spend hundreds of dollars on punting with no hesitation at all. Lol!

Thats so funny! I am the same! Save money everywhere else but punting.

I would like to organize an end of COVID Punting trip to Thailand when the border opens up. I am sick of going there by myself, I wouldn't mind sharing (not physically) experience with fellow punters and be able to talk about it afterwards. So far all my punting trips experience is bottled up inside me.

I was introduced to punting by a friend from long ago. Ever since then I never stopped.
I am no longer in contact with him as we both led different lives after school.
I punted a few times overseas with a Sydney friend whilst on holiday.
We are still in touch and look back fondly on our memory from that holiday but have never punter together in Sydney.

More interesting is that a friend of a friend got found out by his wife for punting. They almost divorced but somehow managed to keep it together for the kiddies sake.
