I was very sad to see this was your second worst experience ever and it came out from MOC. And also it was the 1st complaint case since i've been back to re-manage MOC myself couples days ago. Obviously it is a disaster even though you've not mention clearly the whole story right here in your AR...Yes, Everything is true. I will not talk too much about exactly what've happened during the whole session but face to the current situation and all problems came out from the management of MOC during the past half a year.

Yes, many MOC regular clients & Syd99 members who got my private contact have mentioned to me what's changed & happened to MOC since i've given my position to others...I fully understand that every people is doing things in a different way & attitude and there are many problems right here of supervision free by me. This is the reason i've just been back to manage MOC again.
Let me see back MOC mgt during the last 3.5 years: Duncan->Duncan & Emily->Duncan & Sara->Duncan & Jessie & Cattier->Duncan & Grace->Grace & Fancy->Grace & James->James & Shirley->James & Elsa (NOW).
Both James & Elsa are hard-working people at MOC. They are honest but lack of power & experience of managing this industry. I've never given them full training before they got upon the position after MOC Grace. This is my fault. But they keep learning how to eat bitter lessons as they go. Now it is the time Im not complaining everyone but myself.
Within next a period of time I will gradually fix-up all problems myself and restart running MOC my way. I do hope everyone could see a change in future. It needs a while but won't be long…

For all members who posted up within this thread, i would say i thank you for your advices & i fully agreed about everything mentioned here. Any other MOC client and member who have got a bad experience recently please tell your story via suggestion box and i am sure i will fix up and give a feedback!!!
