@Hu6e don't burn yourself out bro lol, everything in moderation. For example you wouldn't want to eat dessert for every meal. If everything is sweet all the time, then you'll no longer enjoy them as your tastebuds become accustomed to it. Got to keep balance to excite the senses.

Buuut if you are running on 3-4 hours of sleep a night, it couldn't hurt to try bump a few more hours on. Are you suffering from insomnia or just not enough time in your schedule?
