I wouldn't.... its a trade off between reducing that hair-trigger and reducing your hard-on full stop. Viagra 1-2hr before keeps things very reliable wood wise, and I think improves sensations too. I only ever book 30 minutes anyway, so don't aim for 2 shots, just one shot at 29 minutes!
