You can't look up at the dressing room cause they all see it on the tv screen and can help guide the batsman if it 'looked out' or not.
Kohli basically called us cheats. If they review the footage of the last game, we can see whether anyone was looking upwards.
You can look at dressing rooms, sometimes really not intentional. Nowadays, there's too many all sex changing room with full size mirrors and Curtain cover. Sometimes tge Curtin doesn't cover the edge and while queuing in line it's very clear. It's a bit annoying when you don't want to look but just right in your face.
