Nice AR, I might have to check out Emi as a few guys have recommended her.
As far as I know they have used the speaker for quite a while, I believe its more to do with the layout of the waiting room/reception.
Funny story, on my second visit I was surprised by the clarity of the intercom then as I left to go to the stairs I realised it was simply wilson calling from the hallway as the intercom was busted lol
