I go to gym frequently and I eat too much crap. I still love my beer and my bourbon coke so my fuckin pot belly never goes away.
I think I need to become vegan and do more meditation instead before losing my sanity.

Always try to eat better and use the exercise bike. Had to cut down on my booze intake however. getting old is playing havoc with injuries and other things changing the way I used to stay fit.

I went on a starvation diet for 2 weeks and lost 5 kg
I am talking just drinking water and 2-3 pieces of fruit a day lols
Nar my lifting weight stayed fairly stable
Muscle mass, I believe, goes after longer periods of time
I lost much more body fat than muscle mass but I am no expert
After fasting / cutting is okay
It's when I didn't hit the gym up for 6 months that set me back about 1/2 so I think it's prob for a lot to do with conditioning I dunno

Gym 3 days, good diet, plenty of water, no fizzy, minimal alcohol on the odd occasion, play 1 or 2 sports touch footy and oz tag 2 days per week.
